Anyone using Autohost.ai?
Anyone have any experience with Autohost? They do guest screening, security deposit, rental agreement etc.

I've heard of it, but I'd be careful. We are still in the early stages of AI. My STR revenue is too good to take a chance to be on the bleeding edge....

I also have heard of it @Amit Shukla. It is something I wouldn't use personally.
I don't like they aren't upfront about their pricing.

We use it and love how easy they make everything! It's tied right into our PMS and the rental agreement is very robust! We've had no issues with their AI....the automation and guest portal has worked perfect every time.

I called Autohost. They do not accept anyone on their platform till one have 25+ properties. Bummer
